Saturday Art Volunteer
Saturday art is an art program on Miami University's Campus held on select Saturdays each semester, the program has a variety of ages starting from preschool up to adults. The program gives Miami University Art Education majors the opportunity to teach before going into their student teaching. I had the opportunity to volunteer in the preschool and kindergarten room along with the 6-8th grade room.
Electric Root Festival
The Electric Root Festival is a festival that is located in Oxford, OH every year, it is a festival of arts and culture for all celebrating the joy of community, honors arts, culture, and the power of togetherness. I was given the opportunity along with fellow classmates to teach art lesson activities fostering radical hospitality at the festival .
Saturday Art Instructor

The program gives Miami University Art Education majors the opportunity to teach before going into their student teaching. I taught Preschool and Kindergarten for the semester with a co teacher and we had so much fun! At the end of the semester we put on an amazing art show to wrap it all up.
